Usual business hours are:
Monday 9.30am - 2pm

Tuesday 9.30am - 2.00pm (Telehealth only)

Wednesday closed
Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm

Ages

Kristy provides psychological treatment for adults. She is not currently taking referrals for children.

How long does a therapy session last?

A session lasts for 50 minutes with a further 5-10 minutes for scheduling next appointments and payment.

Fees

Fees are dependant on the service provided. For clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP or attending privately, full payment of $220 is required at time of the session. Medicare offers a partial rebate of $101.55 for the cost of these sessions if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan. There is an out of pocket fee. If you are attending as a private client and are a member of a private health fund, you may be eligible for a partial rebate - check with your fund . Payment can be made via card or cash and your Medicare claim will be processed online for you.

Cancellation policy

Please provide as much notice as possible for changes or cancellations to your appointment so that there is enough time to offer the appointment to the waitlist of clients.

less than 24 hours notice given - a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply.
less than 2 hours notice or non attendance of an appointment without notice - a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will apply
